Privacy Policy 

1. General

Thank you for your interest in my services. I will gladly inform you about which data I collect and process for which purposes as soon as you visit my website.

2. Contact person Responsible office

3. Contact form

I offer you the possibility to send me messages directly via a contact form. Thereby, among other things, the specification of your e-mail address is required, under which I can reach you. I also need your name to be able to contact you. The mandatory fields are marked as such. I process the data you provide in the contact form in order to answer your inquiry. The legal basis for the described data processing is article 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 point b GDPR. The data collected when using the contact form will be automatically deleted after complete processing of your request, unless I still need your request to fulfill contractual or legal obligations.

4. Collection of general information when visiting our website

Each time you use my website, I collect the access data that your browser automatically transmits to enable you to visit the website. The access data includes in particular:

  • date and time of access;

  • name of the requested file;

  • Website from which the file was requested;

  • access status (e.g. file transferred, file not found);

  • the web browser you are using and the operating system of your device;

  • the IP address of the requesting device;

  • Online identifiers (e.g. device identifiers, session IDs).

The data processing of this access data is necessary to enable the visit of the website and to ensure the permanent functionality and security of my system. The legal basis is article 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 point b GDPR. For data protection reasons, log files are not permanently stored or analyzed by me.

5. Processing of Personal Data - Legal Basis

Insofar as I obtain consent from you for the further processing of personal data, article 6 paragraph 1 point a GDPR serves as the legal basis.
When processing personal data that is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, article 6 paragraph 1 point b GDPR serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary for the performance of pre- contractual measures.

If processing of personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which my company is subject, article 6 paragraph 1 point c GDPR serves as the legal basis.
In the event that vital interests of you or another natural person require the processing of personal data, article 6 paragraph 1 point d GDPR serves as the legal basis.

If the processing is necessary for the protection of a legitimate interest of my company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not override the former interest, article 6 paragraph 1 point f GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing.

6. Storage Period/Data Deletion

Your personal data will be deleted or blocked as soon as there is no longer any reason to store the data. Storage may also take place if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in Union regulations, laws or other regulations to which the responsible party is subject. Data will also be blocked or deleted if a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned standards expires, unless there is a need to continue storing the data for the conclusion or performance of a contract.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to request information about the processing of your personal data by me at any time. I will explain the data processing to you and provide an overview of the data stored about your person. If any data stored by me is incorrect or no longer up to date, you have the right to have this data corrected. You can also request the deletion of your data. If deletion is exceptionally not possible due to other legal regulations, the data will be blocked so that they are only available for this legal purpose. You can also have the processing of your data restricted, e.g. if you are of the opinion that the data stored by me is not correct. You also have the right to data portability, which means that I will provide you with a digital copy of the personal data you have provided upon request. To exercise your rights as described here, you may contact me at any time using the contact details provided in section 2 above. This also applies if you would like to receive copies of guarantees demonstrating an adequate level of data protection. In addition, you have the right to object to data processing based on article 6 paragraph 1 point e or f GDPR or for direct marketing purposes. Finally, you have the right to complain to the data protection supervisory authority responsible for us. You can exercise this right at a supervisory authority in the member state of your residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.

8. Right of revocation and objection

In accordance with Article 7 paragraph 3 GDPR, you have the right to revoke consent you have given to me at any time. This has the consequence that I will no longer continue the data processing based on this consent for the future. The revocation of consent does not affect

the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation. Insofar as I process your data on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to article 6 paragraph 1 point f GDPR, you have the right pursuant to article 21 GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your data and to provide me with reasons based on your particular situation which, in your opinion, override your legitimate interests. If it is about an objection to data processing for direct marketing purposes, you have a general right of objection, which will also be implemented by me without giving reasons. If you wish to exercise your right of revocation or objection, it is sufficient to send an informal message to the above contact details under point 2.

9. Disclosure of your data to third parties

Your data will not be disclosed to third parties unless I am legally obligated or authorized to do so, or you have expressly consented to the disclosure of your data in advance. A transfer of your personal data to third parties for other purposes than those mentioned above will not take place. I will only pass on your personal data to third parties if: You have given your express consent, the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you, the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, the processing is necessary for the protection of legitimate interests and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in the non-disclosure of your data.

10. Hosting WIX

I host my website at Ltd, 40 Namal Tel Aviv St, Tel Aviv 6350671, Israel (hereinafter "WIX").
WIX is a tool for creating and hosting websites. When you visit my website, WIX is used to analyze user behavior, visitor sources, region of website visitors, and visitor numbers. WIX stores cookies on your browser, which is necessary for the display of the website and to ensure security (necessary cookies).

The data is stored on WIX's servers in Israel. Israel is considered a safe third country in terms of data protection. This means that Israel has a level of data protection that corresponds to the level of data protection in the European Union.

I use WIX on the basis of article 6 paragraph 1 point f GDPR. I have a legitimate interest in the most reliable presentation of my website. If a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is based exclusively on article 6 paragraph 1 point a GDPR and § 25 paragraph 1 TTDSG in Germany, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information in the user's terminal device (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TTDSG in Germany. The consent can be revoked at any time.

11. Order Processing

I work with service providers who process certain data on my behalf. This is done exclusively in accordance with the applicable data protection law. In particular, I have concluded commissioned data processing agreements with my service providers that meet the requirements of GDPR. Through careful selection and regular monitoring, I ensure that my service providers take all organizational and technical measures necessary to protect your data.

12. SSL or TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you send to me cannot be read by third parties.
