Thank you for your interest in my services. I will gladly inform you about which data I collect and process for which purposes as soon as you visit my website.

3. Contact form

I offer you the possibility to send me messages directly via a contact form. Thereby, among other things, the specification of your e-mail address is required, under which I can reach you. I also need your name to be able to contact you. The mandatory fields are marked as such. I process the data you provide in the contact form in order to answer your inquiry. The legal basis for the described data processing is article 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 point b GDPR. The data collected when using the contact form will be automatically deleted after complete processing of your request, unless I still need your request to fulfill contractual or legal obligations.

4. Collection of general information when visiting our website

Each time you use my website, I collect the access data that your browser automatically transmits to enable you to visit the website. The access data includes in particular:

date and time of access;
name of the requested file;
Website from which the file was requested;
access status (e.g. file transferred, file not found);
the web browser you are using and the operating system of your device;
the IP address of the requesting device;

The data processing of this access data is necessary to enable the visit of the website and to ensure the permanent functionality and security of my system. The legal basis is article 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 point b GDPR. For data protection reasons, log files are not permanently stored or analyzed by me.

5. Processing of Personal Data - Legal Basis

Insofar as I obtain consent from you for the further processing of personal data, article 6 paragraph 1 point a GDPR serves as the legal basis.
When processing personal data that is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, article 6 paragraph 1 point b GDPR serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary for the performance of pre- contractual measures.

If processing of personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which my company is subject, article 6 paragraph 1 point c GDPR serves as the legal basis.
In the event that vital interests of you or another natural person require the processing of personal data, article 6 paragraph 1 point d GDPR serves as the legal basis.

If the processing is necessary for the protection of a legitimate interest of my company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not override the former interest, article 6 paragraph 1 point f GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing.

6. Storage Period/Data Deletion

Your personal data will be deleted or blocked as soon as there is no longer any reason to store the data. Storage may also take place if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in Union regulations, laws or other regulations to which the responsible party is subject. Data will also be blocked or deleted if a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned standards expires, unless there is a need to continue storing the data for the conclusion or performance of a contract.

You have the right to request information about the processing of your personal data by me at any time. I will explain the data processing to you and provide an overview of the data stored about your person. If any data stored by me is incorrect or no longer up to date, you have the right to have this data corrected. You can also request the deletion of your data. If deletion is exceptionally not possible due to other legal regulations, the data will be blocked so that they are only available for this legal purpose. You can also have the processing of your data restricted, e.g. if you are of the opinion that the data stored by me is not correct. You also have the right to data portability, which means that I will provide you with a digital copy of the personal data you have provided upon request. 8. Right of revocation and objection

In accordance with Article 7 paragraph 3 GDPR, you have the right to revoke consent you have given to me at any time. This has the consequence that I will no longer continue the data processing based on this consent for the future. The revocation of consent does not affect

the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation. Insofar as I process your data on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to article 6 paragraph 1 point f GDPR, you have the right pursuant to article 21 GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your data and to provide me with reasons based on your particular situation which, in your opinion, override your legitimate interests. I host my website at Wix.com Ltd, 40 Namal Tel Aviv St, Tel Aviv 6350671, Israel (hereinafter "WIX").
WIX is a tool for creating and hosting websites. When you visit my website, WIX is used to analyze user behavior, visitor sources, region of website visitors, and visitor numbers. I work with service providers who process certain data on my behalf. This is done exclusively in accordance with the applicable data protection law. Through careful selection and regular monitoring, I ensure that my service providers take all organizational and technical measures necessary to protect your data.

12. SSL or TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
